Q: When should I arrive for the tour?

Please arrive 15 minutes early for check-in.

Q: Do I need to make a booking to attend the tour.

A: Yes, this is so that you have a chance to read our terms and conditions and so that we know to expect you.

Q: Where do we meet for the tour?

A: We meet in front of the North Melbourne Post Office at 70 Errol Street. Our meeting spot is the drinking fountain.

Q: Do I get a souvenir?

A: We do give out a small momento at the end of the tour.

Q: Do you hold private tours?

A: We can hold private tours on evenings, Monday – Thursday, and Weekend mornings. If you’d like to arrange a private tour please contact us on
